If you receive your Night Light and it is damaged or not working correctly, please contact us via email or telephone, within 7 working days upon receiving the item, so that we can make the necessary arrangements to replace your item.

​

If you would like to return the item, please contact us via email or telephone, within 7 working days upon receiving the item, to return it to us. A refund will be granted only if the item is returned in the exact condition it was sent with all the items and in the original, undamaged packing.

 

We do not accept returns on personalized, customized or photo items.

​

We will not be responsible for return shipping fees should you want to return goods.

​

Manual returns and collections are allowed after the necessary arrangements have been made.

​

Please note that there are no refunds for courier fees.

The buyer is responsible for the courier fee charges​ of the returned items. To and from us.

Please note that once the order has be collected by the courier it is the buyers responsibility to track and trace the parcel with the courier. NesraTech - Illuminate Creations will not be responsible for any delivery delays by the courier. NesraTech - Illuminate Creations are not affiliated with the courier companies used to courier orders to buyers.

We offer a 30 day warranty on all our night lights. However, if the item has be tampered with, opened or modified in any way, the warranty lapses.

 

Method of refund will be the monetary ​value of the returned, un-personalized/un-customized light, into the provided bank account within 3 working days of the of the settled return.

Please note that the Night Light is still an electrical light that works from your house’s main power supply. It is NOT battery powered.

Please allow for 3 to 5 working days, after payment, to manufacture your item.

1. Should you be unsure of the correct shipping fee for your area, please contact us before placing your order. If you select the incorrect shipping option for your area, you will first be required to pay the additional fee for that service.

2. We do not have control over the Couriers, Customs or other service providers and will not be responsible for delays, losses or damage to parcels or their contents

3.Due to the risk of supplying an electrical component, we will not be held responsible for the replacement of any electrical item found to be

used out of normal parameters. All items will be fully tested and checked as fully functional before dispatch.

NesraTech recognises the importance of protecting the personal information that you (“the User”) provide to us. Therefore, we have put together, and endevour to follow this policy that respects and addresses that.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTION

2.1 NesraTech collects information from the User at several different points on the Site. NesraTech is the sole owner of the information collected on NesraTech‘s web site (“the Site”). We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

2.2 Consent to collect information can be express (eg. signing an agreement) or implied (eg. if the User is given an opportunity to opt-out of a specific form of information sharing, but chooses not to do so, NesraTech implies that the User chooses to share this information with us).

2.3 NesraTech processes personal information on web hosting servers which may not be in your present country.

• Financial Information – In the course of providing a service to you, NesraTech may ask for financial information (Bank account details, credit card details etc.). 5. COMMUNICATIONS

5.1 NesraTech may send the User, site and service announcement updates on an irregular basis. Users are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about our service.

5.2 On occasion NesraTech will email newletters to provide the User with information that we think the User will find useful, including information about new products and services. We might also contact the User by email to see if the User is interested in participating in market research regarding NesraTech. We may also contact the User by email to respond to customer-service complaints that the User has submitted, to address a problem affecting the User’s use of the service or to verify the User’s account information if the User submits a password request.

6. INFORMATION SHARING

6.1 NesraTech may share aggregate demographic information with our advertisers or information collection companies, but will not reveal any personally identifiable information in these instances. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We may also partner with third parties to provide specific services. When the User signs up for these services, we will share the information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

6.2 NesraTech may share a User’s contact information with other registered Users for the purposes of resolving support queries relating to NesraTech or the service provided to a User by another User. This contact information includes, but is not limited to, name, surname, email address and phone number. Typically, this would be providing a buyer’s contact details to a seller or vice versa, where NesraTech has the necessary information to assist, but cannot actually resolve a support query.

6.3 We will not voluntarily disclose any information about individual users, except as described in this Privacy Policy, or to comply with applicable laws or valid legal process, or to protect the rights or property of NesraTech or others, to assist our email vendor with resolving complaints about unsolicited email, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

It is possible that NesraTech and/or any of our assets may be acquired in an acquisition or a merger. In such a transaction, customer information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. While we will endeavour to require the successor company to maintain this Privacy Policy, we cannot guarantee that this policy will remain in effect after such a corporate action.

10. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

10.1 This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the Web site and/or as changes are required due to changing circustances. We will post our new Privacy Policy, along with the date of its last revision, prominently so that the User will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.

10.2 NesraTech is, however, under no obligation to inform the User of such changes when they happen, although it is assumed that any changes will be minor and will not fundamentally impact the User. Should the change be deemed by NesraTech to be significant, we will endevour to inform the User of these changes through whatever means we deem necessary (banner on home page, email notification etc.) in a timely manner.
